Return and exchange
Black Vanilla offers the possibility, if in any way you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, to return it and get the amount you paid back, provided that the product is returned in its original form, preserved factory packaging and quality characteristics. Products subject to return are those that are not characterized as a lower part and have not undergone any additional processing / ironing, washing, cutting and other actions that violate the integrity of the product, as well as removal of the original labels, stickers accompanying the product, without traces of perfumes , deodorant, roll-on and other fragrances/. The costs of returning the product/s are entirely borne by the Buyer. If the condition in which you return the product or products to us does not meet the above conditions, we will return it/them to you at your expense and the purchase price will be non-refundable. You must fill out and send this form together with the shipment, as well as add the receipt from the half loop. It is important that the names and phone number on the form match those from whom the order was placed.
The trader has the right to refuse the return of a product, in accordance with the current legislation Art. 57. (Repealed - SG No. 105 of 2006, in force from 01.01.2007, new - SG No. 61 of 2014, in force from 25.07.2014) - Protection Law of consumers - PPE.
"Tights, socks, panties, boxers, thongs, briefs, bodysuits, swimsuit bottoms, full swimsuits and other products characterized as underwear (or with an attached bottom) - NOT SUBJECT TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE."
"The group of goods that we cannot return also includes all products that somehow come into contact with the body and for hygienic reasons cannot be sold to another customer. Thus, if you were given underwear or a swimsuit , although and bought online, the website may refuse to accept them back. All other items (swimwear tops, leggings, tracksuits, sets, dresses, etc.) can be returned and exchanged according to the current legislation, provided that hygiene requirements are met, and the commercial appearance is preserved.
In the case of defective goods or a confused product, the delivery is at the expense of the seller. Products sent by customers to Us for replacement or return with cash on delivery via courier will not be accepted! The refund of the amount paid for a purchased product is made after we accept the shipment, making sure of its integrity and characteristics. The refund is made within 15 working days from the day of acceptance of the shipment.

As soon as we receive the product/s you sent for replacement and if it/they meet the above conditions for completeness, the amount paid will be refunded by bank transfer. No additional fees are deducted when refunding an amount by bank transfer. Refund period up to 14 working days.
